Volunteer at the Festival

Want to be part of the action? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help on the day of the event with:

• Event setup & breakdown

• Assisting artists & performers

• Welcoming guests & providing information

• Managing merchandise & pop-up shops​

Time Commitment: Flexible shifts are available! We'd love to have you whether you can help for a few hours or the whole day.

PLANNING COMMITTEE

It takes a village, they say... We're looking for folks to help with the overall planning of SpARC 2025.

 

Experience, while wonderful, is not necessary. We are looking for people who are eager to learn, help, and engage. There will be about 2-4 meetings on Zoom before the event.

Roles include:

• Fundraising

• Marketing

• Communication

• Procurement

If you are not local to San Jose, unable to come to the performance, and still want to help, this is a perfect way to contribute based on your role.
