Cameron Cornejo

Cameron Cornejo is a dance artist based in the Bay Area. He got his start in dance through color guard in 2007 and received a world title with the Santa Clara Vanguard in 2015. Cameron received his BFA in Dance at San Jose State University where he was in the professional performing company, University Dance Theatre, and had the honor of performing works from Doug Varone, Andrea Miller, Mike Esperanza, Heather Cooper, Kyle Abraham, and Raphael Boumaila. These opportunities led him to perform at Jacob's Pillow in 2019. While teaching dance and color guard for 13 years, Cameron has also had the pleasure of dancing with companies such as De-Cipher Dance Company and Reach BC. He had the pleasure of working on projects with ArcTangent Dance in 2022 and is excited to continue as a company member for the 2024 season.
